  I have been going to Steins for years to purchase my spring flowers and this year was the worse. The plants were not in the best condition (weekend before Mothers Day) and I totally understand the weather has been out of the norm - but that is their business. The staff seemed under trained - polite but didn't know where particular flowers or herbs might be. When asked if additional stock was coming in the answer was "probably but I don't know when". When asked where certain flowers were the response was "I saw them but not sure where they could be". Although this was the worse year I have also felt that their organization in past years was confusing - annuals and up front, in back, inside etc. Just not user friendly and insufficient and untrained staff to help out.
